Tonight on Patrol ng Pilipino.

PRESS RELEASE FROM ABS-CBN:
The Department of Health is alarmed with the rapid increase of HIV cases among Filipinos. It is a serious problem not only for DOH but for every Filipino as the virus continues to spread across the nation.

ABS-CBN correspondent Sol Aragones will give a face to the epidemic as she hears out Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) infected with this deadly virus in “Patrol ng Pilipino” this Tuesday (May 31) on ABS-CBN.

Although our country has relatively fewer numbers of HIV/AIDS cases compared to other countries, it is feared that it will bloom quickly as the age bracket of infected patients is getting younger and younger. OFWs add up to the number of persons who gets infected after catching the virus outside Philippines.

Meanwhile, Apples Jalandoni will join the parade of beauties as they celebrate the tradition of Flores de Mayo in Bulacan. Do Filipinos still know the true essence of this occasion?

Patrol ng Pilipino airs tonight (May 31) after Bandila, on ABS-CBN.
