ABS-CBN and ANC documentary show "Storyline" won silver and bronze award in this year's New York Festival. The said movie and television award held in Las Vegas, Nevada recognizes some of the best works in television, advertising and film.
They got Silver World Medal for Biography and Profiles Category and Bronze World Medal for Community Portraits Category, and finalist certificate for Social Issues/Current Events Category. This award-winning documentary program was produced by Patricia Evangelista and Paolo Villaluna and airs every Wednesdays on ABS-CBN and Thursdays on ANC.
Their winning entries were "Alexis and Nica : A Love Story" where the love story of a film critic and film journalist has become to an end due to a tragic incident, "Orphan" which tells the story of a nurse-policeman in Mindanao who saved the life of a young victim of massacre and became his adopted daughter, and "Stolen" (Dukot) that covers the three victims of the extra judicial killings of the suspected communist rebels and supporters in the past administration.

Other programs of the Kapamilya Network are also received finalist certificates in the said award giving bodies. Storyline (Docudrama), Altar (Copywriting, Promotion Spot), Dahil May Isang Ikaw and Magkaribal (Telenovelas), and TV Patrol (Coverage of Breaking News - Longform) for BLOODBATH IN MANILA.
