Bandila Anchors (Ces Drillon, Julius Babao and Karen Davila) joined in Brigada Eskwela in Catmon Integrated School
"Brigada Eskwela: Tulong Kapamilya" invades Catmon Integrated School to help people in nation building and to maintain the cleanliness of the school. Bandila anchors Julius Babao, Ces Drillon and Karen Davila joined together in this project as they visited the said school in Catmon, Malabon City yesterday. They fixed the chairs and tables, painted the whole classroom and cleaned up their toilet for the students in the upcoming back-to-school on June 6.
With the help of Bayan Patroller Maritess Dumaguil and other volunteers in the said project, they are hoping that this can be help more students to enjoy their study and to change their lives after they succeed in reaching for their dreams. It was a very big change, not just for the anchors of Bandila, but for the people of Catmon in Malabon City to keep their Bayanihan Spirit come alive. The principal told them about the major problems in the said school like flash floods and lack of facilities. And they were very thankful for those people who participated in the said activity. It would be a good start for the students this school year.
